Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you can request a return form from our customer service. Always mention your order number. You can do this by sending an email to: info@porter-london.com
For returns, the order must meet the following conditions:

The order must contain all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in its original condition.

The product must not have been used. Used products may be rejected.

Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. Bikinis, underwear, and socks cannot be returned.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs. PORTER does not accept responsibility for the shipping costs of returns.

A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to start the return process:
Send us an email at: info@porter-london.com
Make sure the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Image of the damaged product
- Customer's first name + last name
- Customer's address
We will respond to your email as soon as possible and provide you with the return address.
Never send the return shipment to the sender. After you request this from us, we will send you the correct address. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
All returns must be sent to our central warehouse at the customer's expense.
